How would you describe your overall experience working with us on your web development project?
Victoria Rimmington: working with Rule five. Design is always straightforward, easy and collaborative. Any website projects that we have ongoing or upcoming are quickly resolved collaboratively, meaning that we can move swiftly onto our next project.
Can you comment on our technical expertise and the innovative solutions we provided?
Victoria Rimmington: We've recently redesigned our E-commerce website with an increase in sales and conversions in mind specifically around abandoned cars. We historically had, um a large amount of customers that would visit the website and not complete through with their purchase. They might add, um, some products to their basket but not follow through. So we asked for advice on this matter in terms of how we can improve that on our website and increase, therefore, increase our revenue sales and through their expertise in remarketing and digital up selling techniques, we've seen a 20% uplift in conversions on our basket page since the implementation of the new site.
