How would you describe your physical and emotional health BEFORE learning the Stop. Dieting. Forever. process?

Chinae : Before the Stop. Dieting. Forever. process physically I had reached the highest weight I had ever been and I was feeling very uncomfortable. Like I was just okay with my body. I didn't love it but I didn't hate it either. I was just like yeah like and I kinda had given up on like weight loss, I was just like f*ck it. I don't know that I'm going to figure this out. And emotionally I was feeling pretty frustrated and annoyed and bored like on the regular before the S. D. F. Process.

What result have you gotten from following the process?

Chinae : So with this process I did lose weight, I lost 28 pounds. Um I've also been able to maintain my weight. I feel better in touch with like what my body needs when I actually feel hungry and paying attention to that. I feel better in touch with my emotions, like recognizing what I'm feeling and being able to slow myself down and just have those feelings and recognizing my thoughts. And this process also allows me to like focus on other parts of my life, so it helped me with my weight loss. But now I'm able to take this process and use it for other areas of my life so that I can get results in my life, and that's probably one of my favorite parts about it.

Why is this weight loss process different from a diet?

Chinae : This process is different from a diet because like I get to pick what I want, like I don't have to I don't have to stick with any one thing I can eat what the f*ck I want. And people keep asking me like what diet were you on? What diet? Like I wasn't on a diet, I wasn't on a diet. I could eat what I wanted, like whatever foods worked for me and you know, something I had a problem with for so long is restricting my food because I was on, you know, I was Paleo or Primal or Keto or whatever. It was like I didn't have to just stick with any one thing I could eat whatever and when I let go of all that, you know, restricting myself and trying to stay in this box about what I should eat or shouldn't eat. I enjoyed food more and I lost weight.
