How was your experience with our professional development team?
I had the opportunity to have a training for Studies Weekly through my district yesterday to help teachers who were 3rd-5th grade kind of navigate the system and learn how to use the resources that are available. I've been using Studies Weekly for several years, and I thought that I had a pretty good understanding of what all I could do with it, and I learned so much more yesterday. They did an exceptional job of helping us not only navigate the system. But also see things that have been updated. They fully explained what we could do with our students and how it would benefit them. I've been using it, I guess, more of like on a surface level, because what I've been doing with my kids for years is nothing compared to what I plan to do starting this year. The resources that are available to teachers are amazing, but sometimes we don't always know how to navigate through it. So this was a great opportunity and I really enjoyed everything that we did learn.
