What would you tell teachers about Studies Weekly?
Catherine G. : I used Studies Weekly Social Studies as a teacher, and as an administrator now, I really try to instill in my teachers the power of Studies Weekly. It is a shorter amount of content than you would have in a textbook, but it is quality content that has all of the big text features that we talk about in reading comprehension. And there are so many different ways that you can integrate reading comprehension and math standards into all of the content areas. So, really, just telling teachers, "That look, it doesn't have to be a separate lesson that you plan aside from everything else. You really can incorporate all of the standards that you're covering in reading and math with your Studies Weekly."
And we would love to see Studies Weekly Science as well.
