What impact will Stride and the employer-sponsored tuition program have on your life, education, or career?
Jennifer Truong: Hello, my name is Jennifer and I was fortunate enough to be one of the recipients of EssilorLuxottica Financial Freedom Program. When I first heard of the program, I thought it was too good to be true. Funding for the last two years of my education while having a guaranteed job. Right afterwards, sign me up. I was a little nervous about applying since I knew there were so many amazing students applying as well. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get it. But then when I heard the news that I was selected as one of the recipients, I was excited beyond belief and very thankful with the funding from the program. I can now solely focus on my education to become the best doctor for my patients without much concern about finances. This opportunity from EssilorLuxottica has shown me that there are opportunities out there that are willing to support us in our dreams. All, all we have to do is just reach out and grab it.
