It's drilling is very easy and it's very secure when you can also tighten the the implants to 60 newtons and then use it as an immediate loading and its benefit and our patients, they prefer to have the immediate loading, especially for the anterior teeth, because of the aesthetic. They need the teeth. Sometimes we change our crowns. We use it as an immediate and then for the permanent crowns, but it's amazing. It's amazing in my hand and in my touch. I found it.
