Dr. Nelly El Gemayel and Dr. Sajida Al Jaber: As a female surgeon in the implant dentistry field, I learned to balance career, family, motherhood, and the pressure to excel in every field. Throughout this journey, I learned that women can bring fantastic ingredients to the table: strength, multitasking, adaptability, and decision making. These things need to be celebrated and encouraged.
