Josh May: So for someone who's working with Straumann, at Straumann for many years, I think we've really moved from just being the product sellers and product specialists now to be working with obviously the excellent products, but also the efficient workflows, the digital ecosystem, and for me it's about how we partner with our customers. And that is dentists, lab technicians, every part of the team DSOs in order to make their business more efficient and really just to put the patient at the forefront of what we do and that's what motivates me every day and motivates my sales team is making sure that the patients are looked after and they have the best experience possible.
