Today, one of the most important aspects of implant dentistry is to preserve the crestal bone and to prevent complication. So for me, the iEXCEL implant abutment connection does that the best way, because the standard for an abutment connection to an implant preserves that, you know, stability, and that there's no micro leakage, and that there's no misfit. And that there's no trauma in that subgingival space. So, if every implant could be connected with an abutment through iEXCEL, I think that would be like the best way for me to preserve bone in every single case that I do. So iEXCEL, YES!
