Could you describe a time that Strategic Orientation, LLC helped you?

Tyler Betts: Richard from Strategic Orientation, helped me develop my sales and marketing plan for my business, which is commercial insurance sales. And through that process, he helped me develop a detailed concise course of action with written goals with backup plans with a plan of attack to ensure my success throughout the year that I could deliver to the manager of my organization and ultimately hit my goals and exceed my goals in sales for the year.

What are the greatest benefits you received by working with Strategic Orientation, LLC?

Tyler Betts: I think the greatest benefit that I received from working with Richard at Strategic Orientation was the ability to open doors and get me connected with the right people. Knowing who to contact, knowing how to contact them. And, kind of, knowing what to say, where to go to get the best results within my sales organization. Richard knew how to, how to get the most out of my time. And how to maximize my prospecting efforts to make sure that my pipeline was always full and how to manage that properly as well.

What advise would you give to businesses that are considering working with Richard and Strategic Orientation, LLC?

Tyler Betts: Probably my biggest piece of advice to a business that would be considering using Richard, would be to keep an open mind. It's, it's sometimes a hard thing to allow yourself to open up to somebody outside of your organization and admit that you, you know, not even necessarily need help but, want to want to get to the next level and are not sure how to do that. And Richard can put together a road map for exactly how to do that. Keep an open mind and be willing to take the advice, apply the advice and, you know, admit when there are setbacks and learn how to navigate through those waters, Richard's great at helping you navigate the ups and downs of a business and the ups and downs of a sales process, to ensure that everything at the end of the day, is exceeding what your expectations were.
