Speaker: Marty Rothman

What motivated you to invest in the 32 Extra Listings + GOD's LEAD SOURCE training?

Marty Rothman: Hi. Uh, I'm an agent. Been one for a long time. Uh, there's a lot less fish in the sea. I'd like to learn some new fishing techniques so I can double my income, maybe triple, but at least double my income.

Were you skeptical before you bought & why?

Marty Rothman: Yes, I'm skeptical of everybody and everything. Um My background is in accounting so I react well to data. I react poorly to emotion and I get emotional, uh, pitches all day long, every day, every time I turn my email on my phone on and uh it's hard to sort through the garbage to get to something that might be worthwhile.

What made you decide to go ahead and buy anyway?

Marty Rothman: I proceeded because I thought there was a potential for the opportunity to be real because the presentation was a little less polished, um, little less, uh, bullshit. And, um, therefore I thought it had potential.

From the training, what was your biggest takeaway on running an Agent-Investor HYBRID model?

Marty Rothman: I've always chased the stick. I have no interest whatsoever in ever interacting with the buyer again. I don't have to, but I've ignored the 10 daily pleas from investors to find them properties. And uh the training uh kind of opened up my eyes to the fact that I'm avoiding an op opportunity. I've been avoiding an opportunity that perhaps I should consider and the cost of uh trying it in my mind is modest compared to the returns. Uh I'll invest in marketing anyways. Um I'll know in short order whether I'll get a return of any type for my investment and it certainly seems uh worth giving it the opportunity.

In the next 12 months alone, how much do you predict that takeaway will be worth to you?

Marty Rothman: If I invest 1000 to $1500 a month for a year, I expect to have an additional 100 to 100 and $25,000 of income. I'd be tickled to death with that investment and that return.

Would you want your competitors to access this training - OR - prefer to keep it to yourself?

Marty Rothman: Doesn't bother me one way or the other. If competitors have this information or not, I'm not compelled to share, I'm not compelled to keep a secret. Uh, there's plenty for everybody. Way more than plenty for everybody. So each, uh, agent is on their own. That's part of the appeal of the business. Figure it out. And if you're right, uh, you will prevail.
