Speaker: Saania Beg, Associate Consultant, Starting Hands
How did you find your way to your current role at Starting Hands?
Saania Beg: Before working here, I was working as an associate consultant for Gain and Company and I heard about starting hands. And one of the reasons I joined was because I wanted to experience the opportunity to grow within a fast paced startup. I wanted to experience the working culture where I feel that I am contributing and adding value to the company by seeing the impact of my work that I do each and every day. Starting hands has a value of 'growing by learning', and I'm truly able to believe in the power of it in my own role.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Starting Hands?
Saania Beg: Starting Hands is on a mission to help organizations all over the world grow better in a way that is both meaningful to the employer as well as to the employees. I see my role making an impact in the growth and success of these organizations. And this is where my passion lies. and this is the favorite part of my role at starting hands.
What stands out to you about the culture at Starting Hands?
Saania Beg: Starting hands fosters a company culture that builds connection, careers and employ growth by creating a workforce that fosters flexibility, autonomy and transparency. The one that stands out to me the most is that everyone in starting hands walks The talk of the tagline of the company, which is 'we stand for you' in every aspect of the company culture. My colleagues and my bosses really care for me on both personal and professional level, and understand the value of my contributions that I bring to the table.
