Please describe your company, including the problem you address, stage of growth, and your goal for joining the StartEd Network.
Ignacio Viau: Hey there, this is Ignazio speaking uh founder and CEO of Holi. Holi is an after school activities and summer camps provider in the US. We make it very easy for schools to find high quality teachers, to manage them um to track the attendance of the teacher, the engagement of the students and more uh through our unique technology, we help school directors to easily find high quality teachers for their after school activities and summer camps. So for example, if you are a school director and you need to find a yoga teacher, soccer teacher, music teacher, dance teacher, um you can get into Kali, get into our software and easily find the teacher you're looking for um to start providing this to the kids and is not just this amazing and top of line software, um we have a academy where we teach, train and certify a teacher that works through joi. Um So we, we have both, we have the software and the supply, the high quality supply provided by joi um our goal um for 2025 is to reach 800 schools today. Holi is reaching 200 schools um in California and we are recently expanding into New York, Florida and Texas. Um Our goal for 2025. So is to, to reach these 800 schools. And Joli aims to be the um the main provider in the industry. There are 64,000 elementary schools in the US. And our goal as founders is to reach 20,000 schools in 10 years. Uh We love what we do. Uh This is a marathon, there is time. So here we go.

Ignacio Viau: The started team was very good. I really see a team there. So congrat Ash, um all the team was very good, uh very supportive uh from the very first day. And, and for us, the most helpful thing was maybe the one on one coaching, it was very good. Uh We really get many, many good insights and feedback, super helpful for very professional people, uh real experts in the industry. Um And yeah, that's, that's it.
What advise would you give a peer CEO considering joining the program?
Ignacio Viau: So if you are new in the industry, um I think it's a great uh starting point for any start up in the tech industry. Um You will learn a lot. Yeah. There, there are so many things happening in the industry, you will connect with the right people. Um And then the opportunity to meet with potential investors, uh potential mentors and, and also maybe potential partnerships between yourself and any other start up. So it's totally worth it. And I really recommend uh this event for any start up founder in the in the industry.
