Could you describe a problem (or a few) you hoped to solve during the program, and how the program helped?
Clara Del Villar: Starting a venture is not for the faint of heart. And one always has to be prepared for the unexpected. And that includes having limited financial resources. So there's no question that started enabled a low resource operation like myself, understand better the landscape and how it had changed from a couple of years back these elements. It's really good to know the road map for how to plan ahead as the landscape changes. Um How legal structures can also shift and what are the most optimal ways to shape your business so that you can really be powered for success.
How would you describe the StartEd Bootcamp in three words?
Clara Del Villar: Started boot camp provided me with a critical road map.
How was StartEd's program different from other entrepreneur programs you've participated in?
Clara Del Villar: From my experience, I would say started uh started programs were very uh very uh lean and essential in terms of helping one understand the basics, the landscape, the tools that one needed to refine for their business. It was very uh it was very focused. I would say that was the most critical distinction that I would make to other programs. Uh While one could always use a cheerleader and one can always use the enthusiasm and the energy from programs. I found for myself that really understanding what basics did I understand and what was I missing or what was I unprepared for and started really provided a lot of those tools with uh very little uh dancing around the issues. They were very direct, they didn't sugar coat what was going to be difficult. And they also did provide encouragement with some of the latest updates on how the education landscape in my in our example was changing.
