Please introduce yourself, then share your experience with SimpleTherapy Inc.

Raymona Glidden : Hi, everyone. My name is Ramona Marie and I've been using simple therapy since January of this year. I am someone who deals with chronic, debilitating back pain. I have for several years now. So when simple therapy came along and I had an opportunity to use it, I was like, Well, it can't hurt to try it. The worst thing that can happen is I won't be able to do it within the first week. I was proven wrong. I could do it. The exercises were simple. They were easy to follow with the coaches and with the small short intros into the exercises and what it was and what it could expect. And then along with that, they also explained, Hey, if it hurts, stop. I like that If they're not pushing you and pushing you and pushing you, um, there simply just encouraging you. But at the same time, they're letting, you know, go into your own pace. Who doesn't like that? That's very encouraging. And like I said, within the first week, I noticed a difference in my pain level. It went down. I was able to stand for longer periods of time and not have to sit down because I was mentally or physically exhausted. I also one of the one of the other things I enjoy about the videos as they remind you to breathe. That really helps me a lot. Oddly enough, as much as the exercises as much as the small coach ing's, um, it's just reminding me to breathe and, you know, be aware, you know, and take a step at a time. I like that about simple therapy. It helps me a lot, so I would highly recommend simple therapy to everyone. Uh, literally. It only takes 15 to 30 minutes, or you can do it even longer if you wanted to. I choose to do 30 minutes most times. Sometimes I'll only 2 15, but either way I do it 4 to 5 times a week, and it helps, and it makes a difference, and it's still making a difference three months later. So I'm really glad I found simple therapy, and I would encourage you to use it. And it's not exactly gearing towards my personal medical condition, but it does make a difference. It helps, and when I can go back to my doctor and say, Hey, I don't have as much pain. This is what I'm doing and my doctor's like, Wow, keep doing it. It helps. So that's why I really like simple therapy.

Raymona Glidden : Hi. So I would describe simple therapy as easy challenging. And Helen. The reason why I say that is because the videos are there. Video crunches are a lot of fun. They make. The exercise is really simple and easy to follow. Um, they make it fun by just by their whole attitudes in the videos. Uh, they enjoy what they're doing, so they help you enjoy what you're doing. But at the same time, if it's too much, they let you know it's okay to stop. It's challenging in the sense of how you start off doing just three exercises for your lower back for your neck or free and knees, and eventually they gradually introduce you to doing more exercises. Um, so, like I said, simple therapy is easy, fun but challenging at the same time.

Would you recommend our services to others? Why?

Raymona Glidden : Why would I recommend simple therapy? Because I've seen what it's done for me. It's helped my confidence level. It's helped my mobility level. Um, it's fun, easy, challenging, yet relaxing at the same time. And I've seen what it's done for me. That's the main reason why I would recommend it, and I have recommended it. So my co workers as well after a couple of months of using it others, you know, started asking me, Hey, what's this program out? Tell me about it. So that's exactly what I did. And then they started using it. Uh, so it's something that we need to keep around because it does help us a lot, So that's why I'd recommend simple therapy.
