How did you hear about me?
R. Blair: I heard about Stephanie through a presentation she gave at the community college, um or the library and it was at the
R. Blair: college, she gave a great presentation. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about and that she would be a good resource to use. So I decided to have a preliminary meeting with her.
How did you feel about Medicare before you started working with me?
R. Blair: Before I started working with Stephanie, I felt like Medicare was quite a challenge and was rather a daunting task to try and evaluate all of the information and the various programs I had researched
R. Blair: and the various programs I had researched quite a bit on Medicare and was familiar with the Advantage program versus the supplement. Um Medicare trying to figure it out is quite a, a task for an individual who doesn't do it as a full time job. So I really think that using Stephanie is the way to go.
What was the process like for you?
