Speaker: N. Haynes
How did you hear about me?
N. Haynes: Hi, this is Nancy Haynes. And, um, I met Stephanie, uh, seven years ago, a couple months before I got ready to retire. I received, uh, many, many things in the mail about Medicare and prescription drugs. And I actually got her, uh, number from something that I received in the mail and I called her and we made an appointment and she came out to my house and, um, she explained everything about all the different, uh, plans on Medicare and Advantage plans and Plan G and Plan f and then all the prescription drugs. And, um, that's how we actually, uh, met. And, um, she, every year she emails me and asks me if I'm doing ok. And how's the plan working? How's my prescription drugs doing? And if I have any questions and do I need to make any changes? And to me, she's just, uh, totally been a lifesaver because I absolutely don't know how to look all that stuff up and I don't understand all of it and, um, I, I just love working with her. I, I think she's been totally great and I, I just really, and, uh, can count on her to uh always get my questions answered and get everything taken care of farming.
How did you feel about Medicare before you started working with me?
N. Haynes: I was very confused about Medicare because you got so much literature you were like overloaded. There, there was too many plans and just um and just too much stuff to look at and read and try to absorb. So to me, it was very, very confusing. So I was very happy that I had Stephanie to explain everything to me. Um because to me there's just too much stuff to try to read and absorb. I could not understand at all.
