Please briefly introduce yourself.
Joe Herrera: Hey guys, it's Joe Herrera at a Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. I uh am a co owner and partner in the Joe Taylor Group. We currently have about 100 agents on our team. We do about 1000 transactions a year. We run a very successful investment business. We currently have joint venture relationships and mortgage title funds, stuff like that. Um, always looking for good expansion partners, but we are currently operating in a couple of different states as well. In addition to Nevada.
In a few sentences, what will you be speaking about at The Real Estate Roadmap?
Joe Herrera: So I have the opportunity to come up and talk to you about exactly what to say. It was a book written by Phil M Jones. I'm actually one of a handful of certified guides to teach his program. It's all about knowing what to say, knowing how to listen, knowing how human minds work when it comes to a sales environment and how to say the right things at the right time, how to ask the right questions at the right time so that you can get the desired outcome you're looking for.
What are you most looking forward to at The Real Estate Roadmap?
Joe Herrera: I love the people that Spring always brings together. Whenever I've spoken at anything with her, it's always great speakers, great content, great connections, great collaboration. So whenever I have an opportunity to be in an environment that Spring puts together, it, it's just always precious.
