Please introduce yourself.
Roxanne Leone: My name is Roxanne Leone, and I'm a Senior Account Manager for Speer Marketing Group. I've been working as a marketer for over 20 years and I specialize in demand generation.
What events in your life have brought you to your current role today?
Roxanne Leone: Early in my career, I had an amazing mentor who offered me the guidance and motivation to select a career path that would work for me. He helped me network and identify resources to strengthen my skill set. One of the most important things for me to do was get over my fear of public speaking. I joined Toastmasters International, I started a club at that organization and I moved into a leadership role. I have spent the last five years in an agency environment and enjoy working with multiple clients, helping them grow their pipeline and meet their revenue goals.
Why do you enjoy working at Spear?
Roxanne Leone: I have been impressed with the level of talent at Spear since my first interview when looking for a new employer, I wanted access to the leadership team to continually learn and grow. I wanted a good culture fit and I wanted to work remotely for a better work life balance. After two years working with Spear, I have worked with most of the employees within the environment. I continually get blown away with the level of talent this team actually has. That's why I enjoy working at Spear.

Sandi Settle: Good morning, my name is Sandi Settle. I'm a Group Account Director at Spear Marketing Group. I manage a team of very talented Account Executives and we support our clients in developing strategies, and programs to achieve their goals.
What events in your life have brought you to your current role today?
Sandi Settle: I came to Spear about two years ago from the client side. I spent the last 25 years or so leading marketing departments in the tech industry, serving B2B, doing mostly demand gen. I came to Spear looking really for something different and also to use sort of my vast experience to help clients improve their marketing journey. What really attracted me to this position was the variety of different companies and industries and challenges they had. It's like solving a puzzle.
Why do you enjoy working at Spear?
Sandi Settle: I enjoy working at Spear because of the people. Our team is truly one of the best. Everybody's bringing in different perspectives and experience across the industry. We have some people that are very talented on many different levels, and we truly come together to solve problems and create some great work for our clients. I think that the variety of different things that we work on also makes the job more rewarding for all of us. But, we've got a wonderful team.
