Speaker: Brooke Pitre
Please introduce yourself and let us know how long you have been in coaching!
Brooke Pitre: Hi, my name is Brooke and I have been in coaching for a little over a year now.
What was your main reason for wanting to join Student Coaching?
Brooke Pitre: I started coaching because my brother did it and he had a lot of success from it. So I thought that I would try it out as well.
What is your coach like? AND Are they a good fit for you?
Brooke Pitre: My coach is Whitney and she is an amazing kind motivating human and I think she was the perfect match for me.
What is your favorite thing OR the most important thing that you have learned in coaching so far?
Brooke Pitre: The best thing that I've learned in coaching is that you can do hard things. Uh There's nothing that you can't do and uh there are tools and actions that you can take in that moment in those hardships and apply them to your life and your mindset and you can get through, you can get through whatever you're going through. Uh No matter who you are, like, you're not a special case as terrible as that sounds like you're not a special case that can just let this thing take over them and defeat them like you are capable.
What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about joining Student Coaching?
Brooke Pitre: Anyone thinking about joining coaching definitely should because it gives you an extra support system and motivation for just getting the life that you want.
If you could tell your coach anything, what would you want to tell them?
Brooke Pitre: I would tell my coach, uh, thank you. Sorry, four, her unconditional support, like I'm a very hard person to like, work with and I don't believe in myself really easily and, uh, she really helped me believe in myself, which is something I could never imagine ever having. And, uh, so I would tell her just thank you for helping me get through like this part of my life where I'm changing and it's really scary and her making it less scary. That's been, uh, uh, helpful. Yeah, and something I'll just never, uh, forget.
