Our culture is really built on a foundation of collaborative teamwork between anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists really being able to work well together, to provide excellent care, to work through the special dynamics of having two different credentials working together in a team. That really makes us special and really being able to elevate each other, recognizing the full scope of capabilities and enjoying that service together. I appreciate so much and have learned, not only from my physician colleagues, but also from CRNA colleagues who bring a different experience that I and other physicians don't have coming from a nursing and critical care background with the anesthesia training. And it's really my sincere belief that together we provide much more focus and sensitive care to the needs of patients and together we're better.
