Well, I think that the value of taking care of our own people first has always been there. I think COVID and what our teams went through has only put a bright, shining light on how important that is. Without a team that feels pride in their work, that feels safe to do the best work they can, to support each other, it's very difficult to have any meaningful patient outcomes. So we have to take care of the providers first, take care of the healers first and make sure that they have not only the tools when they show up to the ICU, but also that they have the support to get well when they're out of the ICU because truly a lot happened in the ICU. A lot happened during COVID and we recognize that's very important.
