Jeff alter: Hello, everyone. Sorry, I couldn't be here live. but I had a previous commitment that I had made a while ago that I wasn't able to move. But I did want to be able to share some thoughts. And so through the wonders of technology, I was able to record this. and give you some of the some of the thoughts and give you an update on where we are, where we're heading as a medical group and some of the more recent things that have happened. So, you know, I think first and foremost, we've had some good news over the last couple of weeks. The CMS physician cut was not as deep as originally projected. And the cut is much closer to our budgeted level of of that important reduction. And then we got some good news on the MPFS calculation. So, all helping us with some nice tailwinds that will kick in in the middle of March. and go through the remainder year giving us the opportunity to meet or exceed our budget. And on that note, you know, I'm thrilled to share that our January and February results were on or better than budget. And I thank you for that, and you have my sincere appreciation because it's really all because of your hard work and diligence that we were able to continue to deliver on our commitments and to deliver the cash that the practice needs to have to continue doing all the good things that you do day in and day out. You know, I know there's been some leadership changes and those changes you know, are always tough, but I just want to remind you that these changes are not random. They are part of Project Renovate and part of the journey that we're on to have governance without bureaucracy, remove some of the layers so that we can have more accountability for results and for actions. We want to, as I mentioned, the last time we spoke, really invest at the site level and empower our local teams and our clinicians to deliver for our clients and our patients. And all these leadership changes and operating model changes are fully aligned with those goals. It's just, you know, it takes time to adjust everything to get to those goals. But we're much closer to the end than we were to the beginning of the project. I also want to recognize, you know, this is Women's History Month and I have been fortunate in my life to be associated with strong women. Everyone from my, my mother, my wife, and then in my professional career, I've been fortunate to work with or for some very strong women leaders. I had a very strong woman leader at Oxford. I was fortunate to work twice for Gail Boudreau, who's the current CEO of Elavon and you know, I admire their strength and their leadership style. Also admire the fact that it wasn't easy for them and, you know, my commitment is to make it easier for the women that follow them. It's a huge part of our DEI efforts. And I would say, you know, since my arrival, our executive leadership team, has strengthened that approach. We've brought in Nicole Klug and Colleen Runyon and, and our latest addition to the team, Bridget Robertson. We've been just recently promoted Tiffany Coyle to the COO for both our HM and EM lines of service. So we are working towards that goal of, you know, a more equitable leadership team. Just a few years ago, about one in five of our leaders, which are chiefs of presidents in title were, female. Today we're about one in three. We need to be one in two, But, we're making solid progress. So I only get five minutes on this technology. So I'm gonna wrap it up again by saying thank you. And you have my sincere appreciation for not only working together to help us transform our, our medical group, but as always delivering the wonderful clinical care to our patients that you do and what we're known for day in and day out. So thank you and have a good meeting.
