Jeff Alter: Hi, everyone. I'm Jeff Alter, the CEO. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy days to take care of the required compliance learnings and education. I don't think I have to remind everyone just the environment that we operate in as a contractor to the federal government with our CMS requirements. Compliance is vitally important. Not only for being a good corporate citizen, but also to make sure that our business continues to prosper and we are not held up in payments or excluded from government, business because of a lack of compliance. I know everyone gets a little frustrated with this, particularly if you've been in the business for a very long time. "Didn't we do this already?" Yes, you probably have, many times over, but things change. Not all the rules are as clear cut as we think they are. And, quite frankly, some of the compliance directives that we have are not always what I would say as logical as we want them to be. But they are not, unfortunately, the rules that we must follow. So, it is an annual requirement. It's important that we all take it seriously, learn as much as we can enforce the things that we already knew, and then, you know, obviously bring that to what we do day in and day out. A strong compliance is critical. It's not only something that, we want to make sure that we all do well, but we are required to do that. Our board expects it. Our payers expect it, including the federal government. And I think if you have questions afterwards, we have a world-class compliance team, about 30 compliant professionals and, about 20%-25% of those are providers. So they've lived your life as well. I'm sure we all know Dan Weissberg, who's our Chief Compliance Officer. So, again, thank you. I know you have a busy day. Hopefully the presentation will be pretty fast moving. It's about 20 minutes. There's a post-test on it to make sure that we've all followed and we've, we've learned what we need to learn. And, you know, just as I close, it's important for us to do the right thing. It's part of our job and, you know, the old familiar adage, "If you see something, say something" is vitally important to our compliance program. And it is really the way that we ensure all what we do is, is fully compliant with all rules and regulations. So again, thank you.
