What do customers mean to you?
Sean McGowan: Hi, everyone. My name is Sean McGowan, ISV, Director for Software AG and StreamSets. And first off, I wanted to just welcome everybody to Customer Experience Day here and really just want to take some time to tell you what customers mean to myself as well as the rest of the partner team. So when you think about a traditional customer, yes, they are the life blood. They are who we learn from. They're who we talk to. They're who we find the good things about the products and the bad. But at the end of the day for the partner team, our customers are the field most importantly, as well as you know, our ISV partners and our integration partners. And we have to do everything we can to serve them in the best way possible and to learn from them and to bring an ecosystem solution to our end users. So, you know, that's what a customer is to us on the ISV partner alliance team. And looking forward to a great day. Thank you.
