The title of mine is: "To Be the Boss or Not to Be the Boss (That is the Question)." My session will help you learn if, in fact, being the boss is what you really want to be. As a leader in your professional life and your personal life as well. So we'll wander through some questions about how to better identify if leading others is the key for you or being that subject matter expert, which is still a leadership position.
