Dr. Brad Gronke: Hi! This is Dr. Brad Gronke and I will be coming to you on the Leadership Express Talks along with my friends and colleagues, Heather Blevins, Mike Koscielny and Gregg Golson.
Dr. Brad Gronke: I look forward to seeing all of you at the Leadership Express talks where I will be presenting on followership. How leaders interact with followers and followers interact with leaders. This was the focus of more than four years of exhaustive research that I spent my life looking into: how followers really interact with leaders. Leaders can be followers and followers can be leaders at any moment. I'll be presenting this focus and content specifically on our Gen Z generation, but it really has implications across every generation. Attendees are going to be able to take away a new vision and way to think about their leadership skills and also their followership skills as well.
