My session, "Applying Data Driven Risk Management," explains how we can use data to identify loss trends and develop a plan to take corrective action and measure results. I'll be sharing a case study from my experience and show participants how they can apply the same principles to other areas of risk. The session is ideal for anyone wanting to understand their risks, make sense of relevant data and take action to improve conditions.
