And what do the Wizard of Oz, Kermit the Frog and a triangle have to do with our career path? We'll talk about this and more at the session. I'm very much looking forward to meeting all of you, and some pre-session homework is YouTube the video clip of the last portion of the Wizard of Oz where the wizard talks with the Cowardly Lion, the Tin Man and the Scarecrow about their gifts.
Pat Morrill: I am very excited to meet the people at In2Risk. I haven't been to a conferment ceremony since my own. The energy you get from people talking about their careers and looking for opportunities is energizing to me. So that's what I'm looking forward to the most.
