Could you describe a time when the community helped you?
Mike Disser: One time where the community has really helped me out, I would say we did some benchmarking with other members, and we were looking at team structure and duties and responsibilities. And I reached out to the community, and within a couple of days I had so much information that I could take to my senior management in order to get some approval to add some additional headcount. So we went from having a team of eight to a team of 13. And it's a direct result of the community sharing information, and us being able to take that information and tell the story of why we need more people.
