What have you enjoyed most about your membership in SocialMedia.org?

Mike Disser: Hi there, I want to talk a little bit about SocialMedia.org. First of all, what an amazing organization. What I enjoy most about working with them? It's the people, it's the folks that are in the community. People just like myself at different companies and organizations, all with like-minded goals and objectives. That's what I really, truly do love the most about the community is the people and the members.

Could you describe a time when the community helped you?

Mike Disser: One time where the community has really helped me out, I would say we did some benchmarking with other members, and we were looking at team structure and duties and responsibilities. I reached out to the community, and within a couple of days, I had so much information that I could take to my senior management in order to get some approval to add some additional headcount. So we went from having a team of eight to a team of 13. And it's a direct result of the community sharing information and us being able to take that information and tell the story and why we need more people.

What sets SocialMedia.org apart?

Mike Disser: Finally, what sets the community apart? I would have to say it's the home office folks, it's the staff at SocialMedia.org. They're so responsive. Anytime we ever need something or need more information or they offer to connect us with other brands. I would say that probably sets the organization apart from anything else that's out there. I love working with SocialMedia.org. Keep up the great work.
