Could you describe a time when the community helped you?

Ingrid Kibler: There was a time when I needed to have a pretty quick recommendation to a different incident that was going on internally that our brand had not had experience with yet. So I reached out to SocialMedia.org, and I asked, 'Are there any individuals at the brands that we're aware of, who have gone through this before that they can connect with me offline?' And SocialMedia.org replied very, very quickly and connected me to those individuals. I was able to have those conversations offline and come back pretty quickly internally with what we needed to do in the direction that we needed to head.
