What have you enjoyed most about your membership in SocialMedia.org Health?
Brad Haller: I can't tell you how many times we have either changed our policies or adjusted them significantly enough, that we had insight from others who are have dealt with similar situations. It's a time saver, too. Gone are the days where we are just out there alone trying to find information. We can solicit ideas and topics, ways to handle situations from people who have been through the exact same thing before. So it's an invaluable tool for us, and we have grown significantly as an organization because we've had access to that very tailored, very to-the-point information that's relevant to us as healthcare social media people.
