I've worked in HigherEd more than 30 years and this was the smoothest, software if you will, implementation we've ever had. I mean, it was so easy. The partners did most of the heavy lifting and just made it so pleasurable. In terms of expectations for what we were expected to provide and what EdSights provided, it was very smooth. There wasn't a moment in which we felt like we weren't understanding exactly what we needed to do versus what EdSights was gonna do for us. Building out of the knowledge base was super simple based on the information and training that we received through our implementation team. And really even points where with other companies we've run into issues where we've had trouble getting feedback trying to figure out why something wasn't working in a particular way. The feedback we've gotten from our EdSights team has always been immediate. And it has always been something that we've never had an issue that EdSights hasn't been able to solve. Our guides through the process made it super easy. They helped us create the answers to the questions for the chatbot. And then we went through and edited some of those, but it made it super easy for us and it was a lot of information to get ready to go. And we were able to do it quickly because of how easy the whole process was. We were thrilled with it. We've never had anything so easy. I've implemented degree audits. I've implemented different systems that we've used to be able to text students. I've implemented software that we use for student engagement platforms. EdSights is at the top of the list of implementation experiences. We had a great team of three people who were working with us. They all did a great job of taking us step by step through the implementation process. So that when we launched January 31st 2023, I knew that everything was set to go. And our first semester of using EdSights on campus went off without a hitch. And then not only was the implementation good, but the follow up support that we receive in having ongoing regularly scheduled meetings with Mattie, she helps us keep on point in the same way that we're using EdSights and Rocky the Roadrunner as our chatbot to keep our students on point.
