What do you love most about Snappic?
Graham McDonald: What I love most about Snappe is uh actually a tie, it's between how easy it is to set up events and to enable features and just make um really game changing activations for all of my clients. Um, and the second part of that is actually their support team. They are unmatched, uh, any time of the day that I need help or an answer or can't figure something out. I know that I am just a quick chat window away from uh getting the help that I need to make sure that my events run smoothly.
Which Snappic feature has made the biggest impact on your business?
Graham McDonald: I'd have to say the snapic feature that has made the biggest impact of our business is the remote connect, um, being able to remotely log in to our photo booth events, um, especially with our drop off booths and, uh, make adjustments on the fly to lighting or to refresh the event if we need a quick layout change, anything like that. has been not only a a huge weight off our shoulders, um, but also just opened up new possibilities of remotely managing and uh making sure that our events are top notch.
Why would you recommend Snappic to others?
Graham McDonald: I think it's easy to recommend a product that you love and that you use and you um truly are invested in, and uh Snap Pick and their team just is constantly evolving and bringing out new features and revisions to features and just constantly making it better, um, you know, but in addition to their support and to all of the features that they offer, I mean, it, it's just a no brainer that Snap Pick is the clear winner for photobooth software.
