Who are you, why did you hire Sally and what did you like best about Sally's presentation?
Andrea Vitzthum: Hi, my name is Andrea Wits. I'm an assistant Polk County attorney and the head of the Juvenile Division of the Polk County Attorney's Office. I sought out Sally's Services um for a Wellness presentation at an annual retreat. The Bar I Bar Association requires wellness activities for its lawyers. Um And so we were looking for um, a training to help us with practical ways that we can manage the secondary traumatic stress that we experience as prosecutors. What I liked best about Sally's. Sally's presentation was the hands on tools that she provided. She got a room full of really pragmatic, uh, lawyers up and moving and laughing, uh and laughing together and provided us with skills that we can take away from the presentation um in order to better manage our own stress and to really better understand the stress that the families and Children that we serve are under. Um, I would highly recommend Sally services.
How did Sally make an impact for your attendees during her Keeping Your Head Above Water" workshop?
Andrea Vitzthum: Sally made an impact for the attendees um in reminding us to find joy every day in what we do and to find joy around us, to spread joy and to use laughter as a way to address the high stress that we're under.
