Over the last 27 years being involved in executive development and and specifically coaching, I've worked with many, many women and so has our team, in business who've had to navigate and balance work and life, and that's a juggle. We've made a huge amount of progress, but there's still a long way to go because we have unconscious bias that still exists in organisations. So there's a whole lot of strategies and techniques to be able to learn a process with an executive coach. That is how to, how to actually build key stakeholder relationships, understand strategy and operations and management, being able to balance your time, having a trusted advisor to actually process your own thinking, and how much you have to sell yourself as a leader in business. Which has always been a bit of a differentiator that women have had to do. But really just leaning in to that role and what it takes, is really, critical, and executive coaching can really enhance that journey for many women. Which we've had great results from over the last 27 years.
