Kim Olson: Hi. My name is Kim Olson. I'm a speech language pathologist and I work in a school district. I work with kids through the ages of birth through 21. And, I've been doing this for about 19 years. So there are so many things about SLP Toolkit that I absolutely love. But I think the thing that I want to talk about most is the beginning of the year chaos. And just how SLP Toolkit has managed that and made things so much easier for me. Once I heard somebody explain the beginning of the year scheduling as Tetris plus Jenga at the same time. And I feel like that is a great way to kind of explain what the beginning of the year typically looks like. It's like Tetris in a way just because you have to schedule all these kids together and you have to work around so many different things and you have to group kids and it's just, it's like solving a Tetris puzzle to try to get everybody on your schedule. And then once you have everybody on your schedule, it's like Jenga because all of a sudden something comes up and you have to end up rescheduling a lot of students. So SLP Toolkit is great for helping to manage all of that. So first of all, I was able to upload my caseload easily using a spreadsheet where I could just easily put that into SLP Toolkit and it automatically filled in the different categories for teacher and names and grades and all of that information. And then, once I had all my caseload in there, I was able to easily go into the reports and print out teachers' preferred time sheet that I was able to give to each teacher to figure out what times work best in their schedule to pull kids. And then I was able to use that information to easily drag and drop kids onto my schedule. So that was great just being able to drag and drop and then if I need to move things around, I can just drag and drop. And then once I figured out my schedule, I was able to easily go into the reports tab and print out a report for each of the teacher that listed all the students that are in their class and what times they have for speech. So it just makes things so much easier than what I was doing previously. And I just love SLP Toolkit and I think it is worth every penny. I use it every day for so many different things. So enjoy.
