Speaker: Devon Black, Administrative Assistant, Bulloch County Schools

Devon Black: Hi, my name's Devin Black, and I am the administrative assistant for the Department of Student Wellness and Support in Bullock County Schools in Statesboro, Georgia. We made the switch to SLP Toolkit and Relay this year, and we have been extremely happy with the switch. One of the main reasons that we're glad that we switched is the productivity of our providers, especially our SLPs. They no longer have to double, triple document the way they were previously. They're able to just upload all of their information into SLP Toolkit, and then I'm easily able to pull the billing reports and upload them into Relay, and then the process is completed. There's no more logging it here and then moving it here. It has made it extremely easy for them. I also have been extremely, extremely happy with the customer service that we've received from both companies. Anytime there's a problem, I'm able to email, call, anything that I feel like I need to do, and I always have a response quickly that is sufficient and helps solve the problem. There's never been a time where we've had an issue that did not get solved. So that's been a really great thing that we've experienced with the two platforms. Overall, we really are thrilled that we made the switch. We've seen increases in productivity in our providers, increases in our revenue. We're able to see clearly into our billing insights, and it makes the process just a lot more seamless. Overall, we would say that we are 100% happy with the switch to Relay, and we would definitely recommend Relay and SLP Toolkit to other districts, and we are super excited to see where things go and all the great things we're able to do together in the future.
