Why did you get a sleep test done?
Tamara L.: Ok. Hey there. Um I'm doing a review for SleepTest. I loved my experience with them. They made it super easy to do a sleep test at home. Um It was easy to understand and hook up. It was nice. They had a video for me to watch on how everything was supposed to be done. And I appreciated the meeting before and after via um a telemedicine visit online.
How was your overall experience with SleepTest.com?
Tamara L.: I was actually worried that I might not sleep very well with things hooked up to me and I was um pleasantly surprised um that I slept ok. And I it was, I wasn't as bothered by having something on my finger and something up my nose. as I thought so, that was an awesome thing. Um So if you think you might be having sleep issues, it's a great way to get tested in your own home, in your own bed and find out what you can do to help um yourself but have better sleep. So kudos to SleepTest for setting up everything so well, just a great process they have and, and the only downside is now I know I have severe sleep apnea. So, um, all, all that fun stuff. So that's all.
Would you recommend SleepTest.com to others?
Tamara L.: I would definitely recommend SleepTest.com to others. Um I've always thought, why would you, why would you go to a lab to have a sleep test when you can do it in your own home? Um And they made everything like they were just there every step of the way with either videos instructions, um, visits online. So it was great. I, I loved doing it at home. So if you have to do one, do it at home and SleepTest was great.
