Speakers: Ryan Pettigrew
Hello, my name is Ryan Pettigrew, one of the recipients for the Pulte Group scholarship. And first, I wanted to give my honor and thanks to God for blessing me with the opportunity to be connected with the Pulte group, to be able to have this scholarship for this year. Now, one of the reasons that I chose to pursue carpentry as my trade was because of the influence of my best friend's parents. Ever since I was young and I went on my first property with them. It really inspired me and showed me more to what I was used to being shown, which was a 9 to 5, which was, just regular work as opposed to building generational wealth for your family. Now, that was the main reason. And also I saw the opportunity to connect with others and set myself financially free as well while setting that opportunity up for others along the way, along with the future generation. Now, the Pulte Group will be able to help cover some expenses, along with school. And I'm very appreciative and it's just been an absolute blessing and a tremendous honor. So I want to say thank you to everybody that was involved.
