What was your experience with Ayman as your sales manager?
Seth Jacobs: I really enjoyed having Ayman as a manager. He knew exactly when to step in and help and conversely when to step back and let me do my thing. Um, he was also professional and extremely well organized at all times.
What did Ayman do to help you become a better salesperson?
Seth Jacobs: I was really good at giving constructive feedback. He encouraged me to see things from all perspectives, including the clients. And at times when he himself didn't have particular knowledge or resources, he knew exactly where in the organization to point me.
What else would you like to share?
Seth Jacobs: In addition to working with Ayman, I've gotten to spend time with him on a personal and friendship level and just say he's a wonderful human being to know.
