Hi, I'm Deedgre D. I've been receiving care from SideBy Care, uh, for the last 6 weeks and it is really helping. I've had bathroom issues and diet issues, and that it seems to be working. Although my diet is not where I want it to be, it's better than it had been. And I haven't been running to the restroom or having stomach issues. Um, I think it would be beneficial for others to try the services because it gives you a moment to stop and reflect on yourself. And lets you learn how to have "me time." It is very important that the relaxation you have helps you with digestion and with stomach issues. It helps you to relax, and that's the main thing, the brain and the gut. They offer breathing exercises that also helps to relax you and the stomach. So, I'm learning to do those, how many times a day you need them, which is also the relaxation technique. It's a lot of help because you just run, run, run in this rat race right now. The ladies are really nice and they do give you good help and advice. So, give it a try. You may enjoy it. Thanks.
