What was the outcome of your Shortlist?
Michael Geller: We've used Shortlist now a couple of times and each time I expected to receive between 10 and 12 qualified candidates. I think in each case we received a list of over 40. And of those 40, probably 20 to 25 were excellent.
What do you love most about Shortlist?
Michael Geller: What I love most about Shortlist, it was so easy. You fill out a form, you get a few candidates to calibrate with a couple days later. Boom! In your inbox is the list of between I've gotten 40, but between 10 and 40 candidates. It's fantastic.
Would you recommend Shortlist to others?
Michael Geller: I would absolutely recommend using Shortlist. It's cheap. It's quick. It's easy. And it really gets you going fast. I can't say enough about it.
