Tell the story of why you bought ServiceBell. What were the main problems/needs you solved? What can you do that you couldn't before?

We purchased ServiceBell because it was another avenue for our sales team, our SDR team to interact with prospective customers and not only increased our ability to access, the needs that they have immediately through a website, but also gave us the ability to answer questions, be able to inte interact immediately and ultimately increase the inbound activity we already have. We actually, just last month increased our inbound leads considerably more than what the marketing side had done just by utilizing ServiceBell. I would say problems that we had before ServiceBell were the poor form fills and not be able to weed through specific prospects before they came to our sales team. So it gave us a leg up by not only understanding the information that we've sent to them, be able to provide to them, but also to gain more insight before we even had that sales meeting almost as a pre qualification.
