When did you first hear about Serve and Protect Credit Union and why did you join?
Thomas: I first heard of Serve and Protect when I was away in Cyprus with work and it was a mate that mentioned it to me. I went and applied and got myself a loan and your staff were very helpful and helped out massively. And I went to increase the loan, which they allowed. That loan then helped me throughout the rest of my time while I was in Cyprus, so I'm very grateful for Serve and Protect.
How has the credit union helped you?
Thomas: Serve and Protect Credit Union they really helped me out when I was struggling. I'd hit rock bottom. I had no money due to the fact that I'd gone and wasted it all while I was out in Cyprus. And Serve and Protect helped me by allowing me to get a loan and allowing me to increase that loan as well.
What is the best thing about being part of the credit union?
Thomas: The best thing for me about being part of Serve and Protect is that it helped me when I was in the most difficult time and it's also helped me to continue and helped me to get unstuck from very sticky situations. And all the staff are very lovely and helped out as well.
