When did you first hear about Serve and Protect Credit Union and why did you join?

Kwaku: Hello, there. My name is Quirky. Um, actually, the British army, and, um, I've been with seventh credit, you know, over three years now. Um, yeah. So I'm since I joined I joined the British army. Um, um, the fact of my head of them was back in training when they came around to advise troops about how they can manage their finances and all that. And afterwards, after the education, um, I was actually pleased with it, So I signed up to save, like, £20 a month, which now I'm doing, like, 400 something pound, I think even more a month now because of how good, um has been to me and my friends that I actually referred, um, has been really great, and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to join. Um, I have personal experiences, and, um, I would like to share that. I mean, yeah, So they've really been helpful to me in terms of, um, welfare, you know, um, finances, including financing, you know, and all that. So, um, service credit union has been really great health

How has the credit union helped you?

Kwaku: Hello there. So this credit union and I was being really, um be of great help to me, um, in terms of saving, like, financial, um, assistance. You know, um, before I used to do my own personal SAPIENs and signing up to them, I've been able to save a bit of money, which I'm actually thinking of getting a mortgage now and all that, and it has actually helped me a lot in terms of, um, financial assistance, um, giving you a personal experience. So I'm from a commonwealth country, Ghana, to be precise. And my parents are nearly eight. So you're moving back home to Ghana, and they wanted their new place to leave. Um, so they asked for financial assistance, which at the time, I wasn't having that financial strength to help them. So going here and there, you know, So that's crazy, you know? Came in mind almost like, Wow, uh, let me let me try and seek help from them if it's gonna work. So, um, I go into the app, used the loan calculator and look at the rate that my bank was giving me, looking at the rate that they were offering me um, the way that they were offering me was good, actually. So I made a phone call the next day to them and told them my, um, my situation and they told me they can help me. So I made the loan application that same day, and the next day, I think the money was in my account and I was able to help my parents without, and it has actually been really, really helpful. And, I don't know, even, like if I didn't actually sign up to where I wouldn't know how I would be able to say that kind of money to help my parents out about I mean, signing up to them. I've been able to provide assistance to my parents, and, um, it has actually helped me a lot. And I'm happy with their service since I joined, and I'll recommend it to anyone, actually. Thank you. What is the best thing about being part of the credit union?

Kwaku: the best thing for me. I don't even quit service Credit union, um, is that they give you their support? Um, if you ask for it. And I mean, they don't discriminate to, um, anyone actually, um from my friends that I referred to to myself, um, for the help that they have provided to us, Um, including gangrenous loans and all that. She, um foster whatever that we wanted to do. Um, it's been great. To be fair, it's been really great. And I refer, So I was quite, you know, to anyone who would like to join, Um, and I would say, is one of the best ways to save as well. If you really want to say those of my guys out there, we want to get a mortgage and all that. There is the best way to save because you can tell them how much you want to say from your wages every month. And they will take it all that straight from your money before you register your account and you won't see the money. But you can actually have the upper swollen and trace whatever that is going on. Your account. You know your contributions are going into your account, and there's no one I'm in playing with your money. I mean, you are secure, your safe and all that. Um, yeah, it's been It's been it's been really, really helpful. And, um, your services really gradual customer service? Um, I'll say it's one of the best as well so far. And, um, it's an amazing um, they need to join. Um, yeah, that's what I would say. Thank you.
