When did you first hear about Serve and Protect Credit Union and why did you join?
Gaurav: So I first heard about the Serve and Protect Credit Union when I was in my basic training. I moved to the UK two years ago and I needed some loan for my home improvements. So I got a word of mouth from my seniors because my bank had just basically didn't approve me of loan. So, Serve and Protect Credit Union, was really easy and it has not only helped me, but also my family a lot.
How has the credit union helped you?
Gaurav: The Serve and Protect Credit Union has helped me a lot because I needed some money for home improvements and because of them now my family have got a better home.
What is the best thing about being part of the credit union?
Gaurav: The best thing I liked about Serve and Protect Credit Union is they are very clear and transparent. They they approved me of loan, and I needed a second loan as well. So after some months of applying for my first loan, I was eligible for a top up loan. So I top up another, another certain amount, and it was really easy. It was really nice and quick and easy. And that's the best thing I like about Serve Protect Credit Union.
