When did you first hear about Serve and Protect Credit Union and why did you join?
Anyeley: Hello. My name is Anyeley. I joined Serve and Protect credit union last year. I heard about it when I joined as a police staff. And I think what I loved about it, was the opportunity to be able to save and also have access to different financial products. So I last year had a water leak in my bathroom, and I was looking for opportunity to use that as a way to get a new bathroom installed. And I looked around the different financial providers, and then I just had this 'aha' moment that, oh, I'm part of Serve and Protect Credit Union. Why don't I look at whether they provide personal loans or any other services? So I quickly went on the website. I've got the app installed on my phone, which is fantastic and really easy to use. So I was able to apply for a loan. I was able to get a good response. And even when I decided to change my mind about the amount, I quickly called the team and they were able to change that for me really quick and easy and simple. For me, the best thing about being part of Serve and Protect Credit Union is the opportunity to be able to experience excellent customer service. You know, whenever I call the team, everyone's so polite, really caring and really, really there to serve. Really. And it feels like a big family. I absolutely love it. And it's also encouraged me to save more. And I highly, I highly recommend it. Thank you.
How has the credit union helped you?
Anyeley: I must admit the the team was very friendly, very supportive. I was able to go through the application process really simple and easy. And when I had the amount that I wanted to borrow, I made a decision to change that. And it was really simple and easy. I called the team and they were able to explain my situation. They will be able to, inform me that yes, I can change the amount as well. What has happened subsequently? I've had a really beautiful bathroom installed, and we absolutely love it. And my little boys can have, a really lovely bath time. So it's made an incredibly positive difference to the life of me and my family and thank you. Thank you.
What is the best thing about being part of the credit union?
Anyeley: The best thing about being a member of Serve and Protect Credit Union is opportunity to be part of a community that are saving together. And I believe it's an ethical way also to bring all the different people together to save and also be able to access different financial products. What I love about being a member of the Serve and Protect Credit Union. is the opportunity to experience excellent customer service, especially when I call the team. Everyone is really friendly. Everyone is really supportive and I feel like I'm coming home. It feels very homely, very supportive, Very caring to the needs of its members. And I absolutely love it.
