What does your business do? Who are your customers?
Chris Sprake: Hi, my name is Chris. I'm the VP of Retail for Clarks US and Canada. We are a global footwear brand, retailer and we celebrate our 200-year anniversary, next year in 2025.
What challenges did you face before coming to us?
Chris Sprake: One of our areas that we looked to improve and do far better with was the analytics of our traffic to our stores, our data, timing of traffic to our stores. And this was one area that was an extremely large improvement that we needed to make with the help of ShopperTrak.
How has your business been impacted since starting to use our solutions?
Chris Sprake: From start to finish, the whole installation process went extremely smoothly. We did all stores in a very fast period of time. With installation, ShopperTrak provided training to all our field store managers, leadership team in the field, as well as all our corporate leadership team. They gave us the knowledge that we needed to utilize all of the data and information now properly and to its maximum through their tools, they provided us with market data through their dashboards, which is extremely beneficial information for us to be able to make key decisions both from a selling perspective and from a cost management perspective and post sales process. The response time has been great and met our expectations as a key partner.
